I chose this topic because it is
extremely important for teachers to have a positive relationship with the students.
Because learning should be fun and if the child is comfortable he/she will
accomplish the goals they set out to do. We as professionals must realize that
every child deserve the right to get an education. Children need to be touched
several times a day to develop a safe, healthy, and learning environment.
My Personal Experience with This Topic
My
personal experience I have been a preschool teacher about three years. Now I am
an infant/toddler teacher by experience I learned that when you have a positive
relationship with the student’s progress will be successful. Because children
feel comfortable, safe, and love and this help them the will to achieve the
knowledge they need. Also, too many teachers do not realize how important it is
to develop a relationship with the child’s parents. Because the parents are the
children first teachers and they can give out information about the child. This
information can help the teacher to know about the child’s weakness and
strengths. This will help both the teacher and the parent to know what areas
the child need help in.
I have gained insights about the chart that I do not
understand it. But it makes me work hard to get the understanding I need. I
think it is very interesting to learn something new. I want to drop this class
because I have the slighted idea about it. I encourage myself “A quitter never
wins, and a winner never wins.” I can not give up now I am passing this class.
I am a firm believer in this class. This question I want to ask my colleagues
is can you all please help me with some insights and to share resources with
me.
